The health and safety of our employees and clients is our top priority. With the rising cases of covid-19, we want to be as transparent as possible about our safety protocols, while still maintaining our eco-friendly, high-quality service and competitive prices. Since we reopened this summer, we’ve consistently required all clients and employees to wear masks and social distance.
NO MASK, NO SERVICE, NO EXCEPTIONS.
Additionally, employees are required to take their shoes off and wash their hands upon entering a home, wash their hands and use sanitizer frequently, and disinfect equipment between homes. Employees who feel sick are required to call out and stay home without penalty. Employees or clients who test positive for covid or have been exposed to anyone who tested positive are immediately removed from the schedule and required to isolate from our team for at least two weeks or until a definitive negative test result is presented.
All new clients are screened with a list of covid-related questions via phone call prior to booking. We ask all clients to wait four to six weeks before booking with us if they or anyone in their household has tested positive for covid. This is not in attempt to be discriminatory, but to prevent the spread of the virus and protect the health and safety of our employees, clients, and their families.
We only accept hands-free payment via Venmo, credit card, or emailed invoice. Tips are greatly appreciated during this time and can be given directly to the employees as cash or Venmo (strongly preferred). We’ve also updated our eco-friendly cleaning product recipes to include a much higher alcohol content, so they’re CDC approved to kill covid, at no additional charge.
